A Life In Real Estate
Real estate broker since 1988, I have built my career through markets, encounters, and thousands of transactions. From my beginnings in Montreal to my practice on the South Shore, one passion has driven me since day one: to understand real estate in all its facets and to practice my profession with rigor.
Experience Is Not Improvised
I obtained my real estate broker license in 1988 and began my career in Montreal. At the time, I worked extensively with duplexes and triplexes—an environment that quickly deepened my understanding of income properties and the realities faced by property owners.
In 1996, I chose to continue my journey with RE/MAX on Montreal's South Shore, where I have since built a career defined by consistency and longevity.
However, my real estate experience has never been limited to brokerage alone. I have also owned income properties, managed job sites, and worked closely with general contractors. Construction, renovation, and real estate investment have always fueled my curiosity and broadened my industry expertise.
My philosophy: in real estate, learning never stops. Every property has a story, every market brings new challenges, and every client interaction reminds me why I chose this profession.
